What if the tutor isn't a good fit?
We'll switch them, no explanations needed and no cost. Chemistry with your tutor is the foundation of learning, so we keep matching until it's right. We usually get it right the first time, but the switch guarantee always applies.
How much do lessons cost after the free one?
You'll see the full offer and packages in your dashboard after signing up, before you pay anything. First comes the free lesson: you check whether it works for you, only then decide. No subscription traps.
What does a lesson look like and where does it happen?
60 minutes, online, 1:1 with your tutor: all you need is a laptop or a phone with a camera. You arrange times directly with your tutor, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
I need to cancel a lesson, what now?
Life happens. You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your lesson, it goes back into your pool and you can use it another time. Once a month, a last-minute emergency cancellation is possible.
